What is “Invisible Productivity?”


Definition: "When a modern elder, who is as curious as they are wise, creates a catalytic effect on a team full of smart, focused, occasionally EQ-challenged young leaders."

Here’s a fascinating stat that was released by the Federal Reserve on Labor Day: Older Workers (60+) Accounted for All Net Employment Growth in the U.S. in the Past 20 Years!!! WTF! Thanks to MEA alum and government leader Mike Land for alerting me to this report which just goes to show that this invisible part of the workforce (Boomers who are living and working longer) who are offering “invisible productivity” should be more visible in corporate HR planning. Right?!.
