Momentum Got You Here. Now It’s Time to Go Deep.

Come to MEA Santa Fe and discover what’s calling you.

Most men in midlife are better at momentum than reflection. That's not a criticism – it's how you get things done. But at some point momentum alone stops being enough, and the question of what you actually want the next chapter to look like deserves more than a weekend away and a few good conversations.

These six workshops – held at MEA's 2,600-acre ranch outside Santa Fe this spring and summer – are designed to give that question the time, space, and intellectual rigor it deserves.

Awakening Wisdom

  • Ben Katt  |  May 17-21, 2026

The older you get, the more you've accumulated – experience, perspective, hard-won insight. The question isn't whether you have wisdom. It's how you're using it. Led by Ben Katt, meditation teacher, spiritual coach, and author of The Way Home, this workshop helps you slow down long enough to hear what your life has been trying to tell you – and channel it into the clarity, purpose, and direction that defines a truly intentional next chapter.

Radical Wisdom: The Natural Laws of Business & a Meaningful Life

  • Ari Weinzweig & Chip Conley  |  May 24–28, 2026

What if the principles that build great businesses and the principles that build a meaningful life are essentially the same? Ari Weinzweig – co-founder of the legendary Zingerman's Community of Businesses and one of America's most original business thinkers – joins MEA founder Chip Conley to explore the natural laws that underpin both organizational excellence and personal fulfillment. For men who have led at a high level and are ready to think more deeply about what they've learned and where it leads.

The Power of Friendship: Thriving Through Social Connection

  • Jeff Hamaoui  |  June 7–11, 2026

Research is unambiguous: the quality of your relationships is the single greatest predictor of how well you age. And men, more than women, tend to let those relationships quietly erode during the years they're building careers and raising families. Led by MEA co-founder Jeff Hamaoui, this workshop is a frank, practical, and surprisingly powerful reckoning with one of the most underrated assets in a man's life – and a concrete plan for rebuilding it.

Designing Longevity: Where the Science of Longevity Meets the Art of Living

  • Barbara Waxman & Derek Gehl  |  June 7–11, 2026

Living longer is one thing. Living well is another. This workshop brings together the latest science on healthspan, vitality, and longevity with the harder and more interesting question of what you actually want those extra years to look like. Led by master coach Barbara Waxman and entrepreneur Derek Gehl, you'll leave with a personalized, science-backed roadmap for staying sharp, strong, and purposeful for the decades ahead.

The Art of Change: Creativity as Fuel for Growth in Uncertain Times

  • Aithan Shapira & Chip Conley  |  July 23–26, 2026

The men who navigate uncertainty best aren't the ones with the most information – they're the ones who know how to think differently when the old frameworks stop working. MIT-trained artist and organizational psychologist Aithan Shapira joins Chip Conley to explore how creativity – not as a soft skill, but as a rigorous discipline – becomes your most powerful tool for growth when the path ahead isn't clear. For men who lead, build, and refuse to stop evolving.

Chip's Wisdom Weekend: Turn Experience into Impact

  • Chip Conley  |  July 30 – August 2, 2026

Three days with Chip Conley – MEA founder, three-time TED speaker, and the man who has spent the last decade helping midlife achievers turn accumulated experience into meaningful impact. This intimate weekend is rare access to Chip's thinking at its most direct and personal: how to convert what you've lived into what you'll leave behind, and how to design the years ahead with the same ambition and intention you brought to the years that got you here.
