Camp Corazón
An alumni gathering for community, creativity, and the kind of fun that reminds you why you loved summer camp in the first place.
Camp Corazón 2026:
Santa Fe, New Mexico
This retreat is a chance to return to what drew you to MEA in the first place: honest conversation, creative expression, and the freedom to simply be yourself.
Enjoy Santa Fe’s desert air and quiet reflection. You’ll move, make, talk, rest, and reconnect with a community that feels like home.
Come for connection, creativity, and a few good days that remind you how rich life feels when you slow down long enough to enjoy it.
What Awaits You
Your retreat, your way.
Each day is yours to shape – join what calls to you, skip what doesn’t, and move at your own pace.
Mindful Mornings
Ease into the day with movement, meditation, and quiet time that clears space for what matters.
Creative Exploration
Follow your curiosity. Try art or writing, join a wellness or Spanish session, or sit in conversation that sparks new ideas.
Shared Meals & Moments
Pizza nights, sunset talks, poolside laughter, and long dinners that stretch into stories. Connection happens naturally here.
Space to Restore
Gentle yoga, sound baths, massage, or simply watching the light fade. Rest is part of the experience.
Evening Gatherings
Campfires, music, stargazing, and whatever unfolds when good company meets open time.

Meet Your Host Team
Leslie Bartlett
Camp Host & Lead Facilitator
Leslie is MEA's VP of Alumni and a certified life coach with a master's degree in spiritual psychology. Based in Colorado, she finds joy in connection – whether hiking, dancing to live music, or bringing people together for meaningful experiences.
With over two decades in travel and hospitality, Leslie has journeyed across the globe collecting stories and perspectives that inform her work. Her path to MEA began at a dinner party in Todos Santos, where she met cofounder Jeff Hamaoui. Hearing his vision for the Midlife Wisdom School, she felt an immediate calling to join the team.
Leslie brings her passion for community building, life transitions, and transformative gatherings to her role at MEA, creating spaces where alumni can reconnect and grow together.
T'ai Jamar Hanna
Experience Facilitator
T’ai Jamar Hanna, MS, LMT serves as MEA Santa Fe Program Coordinator and Facilitator, where she helps create communication systems, manages scheduling, and collaborates with the Director to train, support, and guide the Facilitation Team.
T’ai Jamar founded Integral Healing Arts, a multi-modality approach to mind-body-soul work. A Licensed Massage Therapist with a Master’s in Nonprofit Management, T’ai dances between worlds: holding space for the expression of wisdom in all its forms.
T’ai’s path to MEA wound through many corners of the wellness world. She has been a spa & retreat manager, community advocate, bodywork director, and business consultant for small and mid-sized businesses in the spa and wellness sector. In these roles, T’ai paired operational rigor with a deep understanding of what makes healing environments work—for clients and for the people who serve them. T’ai also served as a Regional Ombudsman for Colorado, advocating for the dignity, rights, and wellbeing of older adults living in assisted living and nursing homes.
If you see a small but mighty dog named Cito, T’ai is nearby – possibly singing, most likely smiling, and always ready to give a helping hand
Additional facilitators for movement, art, writing, and Spanish will be announced soon.
