A great partnership isn’t discovered. It’s designed.
When was the last time you and your spouse or partner sat down and got really clear on what you want your lives and your relationship to look like, not only for right now but for the next 10 years?
The way you create your desired reality is by visualizing it and planning for it – which is why taking the time as a couple to consciously design your life together is the key to a deep, enduring, and fulfilling relationship.
By sharing your thoughts, dreams, and fears with each other, you’re able to create a common language and a solid foundation of understanding that allows you to design the life you both dream of while navigating life’s unpredictable transitions as a loving and deeply committed couple.
And when you work together from a shared story of the future you both want to create – as opposed to looking backwards to a story of the past – you expand your understanding of what’s possible and are able to start planting the seeds for that future with greater intentionality and make your shared vision a reality.
In this Owning Wisdom workshop for couples co-facilitated with The Decade Game® creator Carolyn Buck-Luce and Collaboration Code™ creator Robert Evans, you and your partner will design your best decade yet and boldly imagine your epic future together.
What You’ll Gain

Darby Rose is a multidisciplinary artist, arts administrator, cook, actor and animal lover, currently living in Santa Fe, NM. Born into a family of travelers in Austin, TX, she’s lived more places than she can count — all over Texas, Boston, Jackson WY, Baltimore and Los Angeles, to name a few; and outside the US in Peru and Italy. After a long stint in Marfa, TX, the vast, mountainous horizons and monsoons of New Mexico captured her. This travelers life has built in Darby a deep curiosity and compassion for others, and a gratitude for the beautiful complexities of the human condition, with its myriad expressions of love, humor, struggle and strength.

Lee likes to say that he’s as ordinary as dirt but as complex as soil. He’s resident “cowboy sage” at our campus in Santa Fe, where his love for the simple yet complex hum of nature has led him to work in holistic land management. As steward of our four-square mile regenerative ranch, Lee translates nature’s teachings into simple insights that encourage us to tune into the inner and outer landscape of the world around us.
You will appreciate the opportunity to be in his presence and slow down, listen to nature, and gather around the campfire of shared understanding.
Don’t just grow older together. Grow EPIC together.
The next 10 years of your life can be whatever you want them to be.
But first you have to get clear on what that shared vision looks like for you – and what you have to do to make it a reality, while taking care of each other and tending to your individual needs as well.
It’s time to write the history of your shared future and make your lives and your relationship a game worth playing.
