Women Thriving Beyond Transitions: Reimagining Power and Possibility
Is a partial scholarship for you?
We believe in making personal growth and education accessible to everyone, which is why we offer partial scholarships on a needs-aware basis for many of our programs.
These scholarships support individuals facing financial challenges, including — but not limited to — members of underrepresented communities. If financial stress might prevent you from attending a workshop, we encourage you to apply.
Partial scholarships, provided through the Association for Growth and Education, are limited to 2–3 seats per workshop and reviewed in the order received. We recommend applying as soon as possible, as scholarship decisions are typically confirmed 90–120 days before the workshop date.

Every transition carries an invitation: to become more fully, freely, and powerfully yourself.
You’ve navigated endings, shifts, and unexpected turns – seasons that tested your strength and left you questioning your footing, your direction, even your own power at times.
Now you’re standing on new ground, ready to gather the pieces of what’s been and shape them into what’s next.
Yet your next steps forward can be unclear.
You may feel the pull to create, to contribute, to live with renewed purpose. But you’re not sure where to begin – and the confidence and momentum that once came easily to you now takes effort.
And in the quiet moments, you wonder: do I still have what it takes to show up fully and create the life I want most?
This is where women weave their power back together.
There’s something profoundly healing about being in a circle of women who understand what it means to rebuild, to rediscover, and to rise together.
In the company of others who’ve walked their own winding paths, your strength multiplies. Stories become mirrors. Wisdom becomes shared power. And suddenly, what once felt isolating begins to feel expansive and full of possibility.
That’s the space that Carla Goldstein and Leslie Salmon Jones have spent their careers creating. As co-creators of the Omega’s Women’s Leadership Intensive curriculum, they’ve guided thousands of women through seasons of transition toward renewed purpose, confidence, and clarity.
Now you can join them for an intimate all-women workshop at our luxury retreat center at Rising Circle Ranch surrounded by the beauty of the Santa Fe high desert. With their blend of insight, movement, and embodied practice, Carla and Leslie and MEA’s own Barb Tint will help you remember what power feels like – and how to use it to shape what comes next.
During your four days with Carla, Leslie and Barb, you will…
Honor your journey.
Reflect on the transitions that have shaped you and reclaim their lessons as sources of wisdom, strength, and possibility.
Reimagine power as something shared and generative.
Explore new ways of leading and living that are grounded in collaboration, authenticity, and creative flow.
Awaken your creative potential.
Through guided practices, movement, and reflection, access the deep well of inspiration and intuition that lives within you.
Weave the threads of your story.
Using the braid as a guiding metaphor, integrate your past, present, and future into a resilient new vision for your next chapter.
Build collective strength.
Connect with a community of women who mirror your courage and amplify your growth – transforming shared experience into shared empowerment.
Rediscover spaciousness and possibility.
Step away from the demands of daily life to renew your energy, expand your imagination, and remember what’s possible when you stand fully in your power.
This workshop
is for you if…
Meet your faculty
I think in the middle of that storm, in the eye of that storm, is a new emerging consciousness of interconnection, and of a desire to bring hope and healing forward, and people are doing that in a lot of creative and different ways.

Omega Institute President & CEO | Co-founder, Omega Women’s Leadership Center
Carla Goldstein, JD, is president and chief executive officer of the Omega Institute, one of the nation’s leading centers for lifelong learning, personal growth, and social change. She is also the co-founder of the Omega Women’s Leadership Center, a pioneering hub for empowering women to “Do Power Differently®” – through connection, compassion, and collective action.
Drawing on decades of experience in public policy, women’s rights, and leadership development, Carla teaches how to bring holistic principles into daily life – at work, at home, and in community. Her approach integrates deep reflection with practical frameworks for living and leading with integrity.
When I think about embodied leadership for myself, I think about having access to all of me – my mind, my body, my spirit, my heart – and bringing all of that into the moment with me. Sometimes in life, I can get stuck in the mind and in my thinking and thoughts and concerns and worries. And if I can have access to take a breath and move myself and feel my body, it shifts everything.

The program was spectacular. It really surpassed my expectations. I was really surprised about how the course was curated. There was such a warm intensity and personal touch to it.
I experienced MEA as a newly diagnosed multiple myeloma cancer patient, and as a result of the things I’ve learned - I’ve banished the anxiety of being a cancer victim, am in remission, and living with a newfound energy and purpose.
Just know how grateful I am for the joy fuel you all put in my rocket ship. When I want to feel loved or just need a good smile I can think of my time at MEA, which came at the perfect time to encourage me on my journey. Thank you!
