Margie Warrell is a courage strategist, executive coach, international speaker, and bestselling author who has spent over 25 years helping people close the gap between who they are and who they have it within them to become. The eldest of seven children raised on a dairy farm in rural Australia, her journey has taken her from war zones to Fortune 500 boardrooms across 40+ countries.

A former Senior Partner at Korn Ferry and holder of a PhD in Human Development, Margie is the author of six books including The Courage Gap, host of the Live Brave podcast, and a regular NBC News contributor. She serves on the board of the Women’s Democracy Network supporting exiled Afghan and Iranian women, and has taught at Columbia, Georgetown, and USC. She’s raised four children across multiple continents and brings both rigorous research and hard-won life wisdom to her work.
