Year Two

Two gatherings. One year. Your cohort, back in the room.

We've heard the same message clearly from many of you: don't make us wait to be back in the room. So we won't. What you valued most this year was the time you spent together in person, and that is what Year Two is built around: two Fellows Gatherings in 2027, with just enough between them to keep the thread alive. Here is what it looks like.

May 10-15, 2027 • Five nights

Cohort 1 only. Your reunion, six months after you closed the year.

The week is built around your Purpose Plan one year on: what held, what shifted, and what you have learned about yourself since you wrote it. Chip leads. The beach and the excursions are the same ones you know.

Plus-1s re welcome at the double rate while we have room. Around eight hours of the week stay Fellows-only.

Santa Fe

October 10-14, 2027 • Four nights

Four nights at the ranch, and the first time Cohorts 1 and 2 gather in one place. This one looks forward: what comes next, and how you carry your purpose into the years ahead.

Time is set aside for your own cohort first. Then you meet the Fellows coming behind you, which is the beginning of a Fellows community that grows every year.

The Year Two Bundle

When you sign up for the Bundle, your year also includes all of this:

  • All excursions at both gatherings.
  • A private Fellows space in Atrium, our online MEA community, where you and your cohort set the agenda for small groups and conversations between gatherings.
  • Chip will lead two one-hour education sessions in January and March, 2027
  • A quarterly reflection prompt from Chip to keep your Purpose Plan moving
  • Bundle Fellows will receive access (at standard pricing) to all MEA workshops or programs, even when sold out, provided they give at least two weeks notice before the workshop.
