EQUUS® Founder and Author of Flying Lead Change Kelly Wendorf presents...
Rewilding:
Reclaiming Your Self Agency in a World That Wants to Tame You
Oct 6 - Oct 11, 2025 in Santa Fe, USA
Led by: Kelly Wendorf, Mary Hofstedt, Daniel 'DL' Landes
Is a partial scholarship for you?
We believe in making personal growth and education accessible to everyone, which is why we offer partial scholarships on a needs-aware basis for many of our programs.
These scholarships support individuals facing financial challenges, including — but not limited to — members of underrepresented communities. If financial stress might prevent you from attending a workshop, we encourage you to apply.
Partial scholarships, provided through the Association for Growth and Education, are limited to 2–3 seats per workshop and reviewed in the order received. We recommend applying as soon as possible, as scholarship decisions are typically confirmed 90–120 days before the workshop date.
Rediscover who you were before the world told you who to be.
As children, we face the ultimate existential conundrum: trade parts of ourselves to belong to the family system or risk not belonging to the family system in order to belong to ourselves.
Very few of us emerge as adults with fully intact, healthily differentiated egos that can authentically create the lives we deserve. This struggle translates into a complicated relationship with our self-agency and self-expression.
Interpersonal dynamics become stressful, and important opportunities are lost. Left unchanged, this leads to depression, isolation, resentment, and a haunting sense that something more is possible for you.
Where Wild Wisdom Meets Modern Transformation
Based on Kelly’s powerful online course, Assertiveness for Life and Leadership and her celebrated book, Flying Lead Change: 56 Million Years of Wisdom for Leadership and Life, this workshop is an opportunity to engage in revolutionary learning experiences to radically change outcomes in your life.
The process is not for the faint of heart. If you’re ready to move outside your comfort zones and enter the raw and wild places where change truly happens, this game-changing workshop is for you.
This workshop invites you into raw, transformative learning experiences that reconnect you to your authentic self-expression.
In this transformative 5-day workshop with EQUUS® master Kelly Wendorf, you’ll engage in bold practices that blend cutting-edge neuroscience, nature-based wisdom, and experiential learning. Some sessions with the MEA horses will amplify the experience, offering perspectives that go beyond words.

Daniel 'DL' Landes
Experience Facilitator
View Bio
Before joining MEA, Daniel “DL” Landes spent decades as a restauranteur, author, and publisher. As the owner of multiple restaurants in Denver, CO – and then a hostel in Mexico – he dedicated himself to creating environments where people could work out their humanity while eating and drinking (which is why he fits in so well at MEA).
Now relocated to Santa Fe, DL says that “living in the Galisteo Basin impresses a unique and humbling perspective. Under the expansive, enchanted New Mexican sky I can feel so small and so big. I made a career of kicking up dust; living in the storm until the storm lived in me. When the dust settled two guideposts appeared: Spend more nights under the stars; provide a service.”
You will appreciate his dedication to creating memorable experiences during your time in Santa Fe.
