Marc Freedman

Marc is a social innovator, bestselling author, and co-CEO of CoGenerate, a nonprofit uniting older and younger changemakers to solve big challenges together. A leading voice on aging with purpose, he’s spent decades championing cross-generational connection and encore careers as pathways to meaning in midlife and beyond.

Marc teaches at Yale, co-leads the Yale Experienced Leaders Initiative, and was named a Social Entrepreneur of the Year by the World Economic Forum.
