Is this retreat right for me if I’m already taking hormones or peptides?

Absolutely. Whether you’re just starting to explore longevity medicine or already using protocols, this retreat will help you optimize your approach with expert guidance. Dr. Szal and Dr. Jacobs will address individual questions and help you understand what’s working and what might need adjustment.

Will this replace my relationship with my primary care doctor?

No. This is an educational immersive, not a medical consultation. You’ll gain frameworks, protocols, and personalized insights to bring back to your own healthcare providers. However, Sara and Brad create space for Q&A throughout the week to address your specific questions.

Do I need to be in great shape to attend?

Not at all. This retreat is designed for people at all fitness levels. While there are optional movement sessions (Tai Chi, yoga, surfing), the focus is on learning science-backed longevity frameworks you can apply to your own life, wherever you’re starting from.
