Rachel Greenwald
Rachel Greenwald is a celebrity matchmaker and dating coach. Rachel is responsible for 908 marriages since 2003 when she started her company Greenwald Executive Matchmaking. She is The New York Times bestselling author of two books, including “Find a Husband After 35: Using What I Learned at Harvard Business School” (Random House; translated into 16 languages). She has appeared as a relationship expert on hundreds of TV, radio and podcast shows, including CNN, The Today Show, ABC Nightline, CBS Mornings, NPR, and HBR’s IdeaCast, and has been featured in publications such as The New York Times, Fortune, Forbes, The New Yorker and The Atlantic.
Rachel is an Executive Fellow at Harvard Business School, where she helps faculty in courses focused on interpersonal relationships, communication, authentic leadership, and personal branding. An article she co-wrote was featured on the cover of HBR in 2023.
Rachel has been a speaker and retreat leader for hundreds of corporate events, workshops, and classrooms, including Harvard Business School, Stanford University, YPO Forums, The Aspen Ideas Festival, Google, Apple, The Estée Lauder Company, Harvard Alumni Entrepreneurs Network, 92nd Street Y, Canyon Ranch Spa, and many more.
Rachel is recognized as one of the most respected leaders in the professional matchmaking industry. She was a keynote speaker at The Global Love Conference. She created and teaches “The Love MBA”, an international matchmaker training accelerator she hosts in La Jolla, CA. Rachel’s private clients include Fortune 500 CEO’s, Forbes 400 members, successful startup founders, philanthropists, professional athletes, music and entertainment celebrities, and their family members.
Rachel has an M.B.A. degree from Harvard Business School, as well as a B.A. degree in psychology from Wellesley College and an Ed.M. degree from Harvard Graduate School of Education. She is happily married to her husband of 33 years and has three grown children.
