When Barbara was dismissed by a doctor who claimed her exhaustion was "normal for her age," she didn't just advocate for better medical care – she revolutionized how we think about aging itself.

Barbara's work at Stanford and as creator of the "Middlescence Mastery" framework proves that your best years don't have to be behind you.
