Dr. Jaimie Lusk
Dr. Jaimie Lusk is a board-certified clinical psychologist, athlete, and USMC combat veteran dedicated to helping people transform adversity into resilience. With over 15 years of experience guiding Veterans, first responders, and high-stakes professionals through trauma, loss, and moral distress, Dr. Lusk specializes in translating psychological science into practical, embodied tools for everyday life. Her approach blends evidence-based cognitive behavioral strategies with the wisdom of movement and nature, empowering individuals to build emotional awareness, regulate their nervous systems, and act in alignment with their deepest values.
Jaimie’s work is rooted in the belief that resilience is not just a trait, but a skill that can be cultivated through intentional practice—on the trail, on the bike, and in daily life. She is known for her compassionate, direct, and results-oriented style, making complex psychological concepts accessible and actionable. As the founder of Threshold Psychological Services, she has developed innovative programs that integrate outdoor adventure, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral coaching to foster growth, connection, and self-trust.
At Wild Resilience Outdoor Camp, Dr. Lusk will guide participants in experiential exercises that bridge the gap between mind and body, helping each person access greater clarity, flexibility, and inner strength. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, seeking deeper self-understanding, or simply craving a reset in wild places, Jaimie brings fierce support and grounded expertise to your journey.
