The Coming of the Wellness Sabbatical.

Pill. Grim. Age. As people arrive in midlife and beyond, they often pop pills to take the edge off the grim news they’re aging.

It doesn’t have to be this way. I was heartened by reading this recent article in the Global Wellness Summit highlighting the idea of a “wellness sabbatical” with ample evidence that this is a worldwide trend.

As painful as it was to postpone our 2020-21 workshop calendar year, it’s encouraging to see that our “Sabbatical Sessions” idea is riding a new wave of people who are striking a balance between the pursuit of wellness and the need to work, all while doing this from a remote location in paradise.

Are you open to making your pilgrimage to Baja? And, whether we see you or not, how would you curate your ideal sabbatical?
