Workshops for Women Who Are Ready
To stop waiting, start designing, and find out what's next
This spring, MEA has gathered seven workshops in Santa Fe that we think belong on every woman's radar. Some are designed exclusively for women. Most welcome everyone – but have been curated here because of what they offer women specifically: the chance to move through midlife with more clarity, confidence, and intention than the culture usually allows. The setting helps too: 2,600 acres of high desert, endless sky, and the particular clarity that comes from being somewhere genuinely beautiful and far from your ordinary life.
Whatever you're ready for, this is a good place to figure it out.
Learning to Love Midlife: Design Your Daring Next Chapter
Midlife isn't a crisis – it's a creative brief. This workshop invites you to stop mourning the chapters you've finished and start designing the one that thrills you. With women who have done exactly that as your guides, you'll excavate what still excites you, shed what no longer fits, and map a next chapter that is unmistakably, unapologetically yours.
Wild Resilience: Finding Inner Clarity Through Outdoor Adventure
When words run out, the land speaks. This immersive outdoor experience leads you into the high desert landscape of Santa Fe to find the inner clarity that's harder to reach indoors. Guided by women leaders who know that nature is the original therapist, you'll discover how stillness, challenge, and sky-wide perspective can restore your sense of self – and your sense of direction.
Women Thriving Beyond Transitions: Reimagining Power and Possibility
Designed exclusively for women, this workshop goes where mixed rooms rarely go. In an environment of full trust and shared language, you'll move beyond the transitions – career, relationship, identity, purpose – that tend to shrink us, and step into a bigger, bolder vision of power and possibility. Come as you are. Leave with a roadmap for who you're becoming.
Prime of Life Yoga®: Move with Confidence
Your body at fifty, sixty, seventy is not a lesser version of your body at thirty – it's a different instrument, capable of different depths. Led by world-class faculty who bring decades of expertise in movement, yoga therapy, and the performing arts, this workshop invites you to move with curiosity, build genuine strength, and cultivate the quiet confidence that comes from being fully at home in your own skin.
Golden Girls, Santa Fe Style: Shared Homes, Shared Futures & a New Way to Live
What if the next chapter of your life involved waking up in a beautiful New Mexico home, surrounded by women who truly get it? This workshop explores the growing movement of women choosing shared living – not out of necessity, but out of a desire for richer connection, lower costs, and daily life that actually feels alive. Part practical planning, part radical reimagining – this is the conversation you didn't know you needed.
Reinvent Yourself: Step into Your Next Chapter & Live Your Greatest Story
You've spent decades becoming who everyone needed you to be. Now comes the more interesting work: becoming who you actually are. Led by a woman who has rewritten her own story mid-plot, this workshop gives you the tools to step boldly into your next chapter, reclaim your narrative, and live with the deep-down sense that you are exactly where you're supposed to be.
Find Your F*** Yes!: A Guide to No-Regrets Living
Life is too short for a lukewarm yes. This workshop is an unfiltered invitation to get honest about what genuinely lights you up, release the obligations masquerading as identity, and build a life guided by real desire rather than quiet duty. Expect laughter, breakthroughs, and the particular liberation of a room full of women who have all decided they're done settling.
