The proliferation of peer-to-peer networks from Young Presidents Organization (YPO) to Vistage to CHIEF to EO (Entrepreneurs Organization) is due to the growing need for leaders to connect with comparable folks who can feel their pain and confidentially offer feedback. It’s part of the reason INC magazine hosts their INC Masters group at MEA the past three years and why the CEO of iNC and Fast Company, Stephanie Mehta, wrote this recent story about me. Stephanie and I will be doing an online fireside chat on August 27 at 10 am PT. You can register for the chat HERE.
At the end of September (the 24th-29th), I will be hosting an intimate workshop in collaboration with INC and author, entrepreneur, and wise woman Mackey McNeill at our MEA Santa Fe campus, Entrepreneurship at Any Age. Not only will you get some deep, meaningful time with others in the cohort and a Mastermind group (at no on-going cost to you) will be developed afterwards, I’m committing to spending 1:1 time with each cohort member either that week or within 2 weeks after the workshop. It’s a big commitment for me but I love doing it.
Whether this workshop speaks to you or you know someone who would appreciate this opportunity, sign up soon as this is the best time of the year to be in Santa Fe and the workshop will fill up. You don’t have to feel alone as an entrepreneur.

P.S. I’m honored that Harvard Business Review asked me to write this article on “Why ‘Wisdom Work’ is the New ‘Knowledge Work’” that was published a few days ago. Let’s keep the momentum going of minting more wisdom workers in the world!
