Find Your “F*** Yes!” – A Guide to No-Regrets Living
Is a partial scholarship for you?
We believe in making personal growth and education accessible to everyone, which is why we offer partial scholarships on a needs-aware basis for many of our programs.
These scholarships support individuals facing financial challenges, including — but not limited to — members of underrepresented communities. If financial stress might prevent you from attending a workshop, we encourage you to apply.
Partial scholarships, provided through the Association for Growth and Education, are limited to 2–3 seats per workshop and reviewed in the order received. We recommend applying as soon as possible, as scholarship decisions are typically confirmed 90–120 days before the workshop date.

Get clear about your truths, chase your goosebumps, and design a life with no regrets
What do you want?
It's a simple question, right? We ask it all the time – when deciding what to eat, how to spend our day, what we'd like for our birthday.
And yet when it comes to the larger circumstances of our life – where we want to devote our energy, how we want to spend our time, who we want to spend it with – it’s the one question we don’t ask nearly often enough.
So we end up living by default instead of by design.
We make decisions based on what seems practical, what other people expect, what we've always done. We say yes to obligations that drain us. We turn down possibilities that could light us up. And we spend our days managing everyone else's needs while our own desires get pushed further and further down the list.
Meanwhile, we overthink ourselves into exhaustion, spinning through the same questions without ever landing on clarity: Should I stay in this career or finally make a change? Is this relationship still right for me? What am I even building toward?
The result is misalignment. And misalignment is what bleeds your energy dry.
You're not in a crisis. You're in a chrysalis – ready to shed what no longer fits so your true essence can emerge.
What you’re really looking for (though you may not even know it yet) is clarity so sharp and sticky it cuts through all the noise and gives you:
Imagine living with such clear intention that every choice is either a "F*** yes!" or an easy no.
That's exactly what happened for Bonnie Wan – and it all started in her darkest hour.
In 2010, she was drowning. Three kids under five, primary breadwinner, running on empty – and convinced her marriage was the problem. She was ready to walk away from everything.
Then she did something that changed her life: Instead of making a decision from exhaustion and blame, she grabbed a pen and started writing. No filter. No judgment. Just raw, honest truth about what she actually wanted.
What emerged on the page wasn't the story she'd been telling herself. The problem wasn't her husband. It was her relationship with time: how she spent it, what she said yes to, and what was draining her dry.
That moment of clarity became her first Life Brief. And it shifted her family from what she calls their "dark chapter" to their "golden chapter."
Bonnie is a 30-year brand strategy veteran who spent her career helping companies like Google, Apple, and Accenture get crystal clear on their purpose.
When she applied those same strategic tools to her own life, she unlocked something powerful: a simple, proven practice for making meaning out of messiness and transforming confusion into action.
Now, as a bestselling author and leadership & life strategist, she teaches this methodology full-time. And she's bringing it to MEA's Rising Circle Ranch in Santa Fe for three powerful days where you'll experience the exact same process that's transformed thousands of lives.
Get ready to get messy, get clear, and get active.
During your three days with Bonnie, you will:
Give yourself permission to get messy
– explore all your thoughts and desires without judgment, so you can finally see what's really driving you (and what's holding you back).
Shift from overthinking to intuition
– learn to quiet your analytical mind and access the deeper wisdom that knows what you truly want, even when you can't articulate it yet.
Separate the noise from what's sacred
– sort through the mental clutter, other people's expectations, and old stories to identify what's actually non-negotiable for you.
Create your personal “Life Brief”
– a manifesto for living that distills everything into a clear, concise, and memorable declaration that becomes your filter for every decision going forward.
Discover what gives you that "F*** yes!" feeling
– that visceral sense of rightness when your clarity is so true and exciting it practically propels you into action.
Build your “dream team” and scaffolding for momentum
– identifying the people, practices, and daily actions that will keep you aligned long after you leave Santa Fe.
Be witnessed as you read your Life Brief aloud
– experiencing the power of having your clarity heard and honored by others without judgment or advice, just pure presence.
Leave with absolute clarity on what you're building toward
– and the confidence to start saying yes to what lights you up and no to everything else.
And you’ll do this work in an intimate small-group setting surrounded by stunning nature and MEA’s legendary luxury and hospitality.

Bonnie Wan
Bestselling Author | Leadership & Life Strategist | AdAge's 2022 Chief Strategy Officer of the Year
Bonnie Wan is a global speaker, 30-year brand strategist turned leadership and life strategist, and the author of The Life Brief: A Playbook for No-Regrets Living.
For 30 years, she led brand strategy for some of the world's most iconic companies, including Google, Apple, Accenture, and Airbnb, getting to the essence of what made them unique and translating that into bold, aligned action.
But it was a personal crisis in 2010 that changed the trajectory of her work forever. Overwhelmed as a mother of three young children and primary breadwinner, on the brink of divorce, Bonnie turned her strategist's tools on herself. The result was her first Life Brief – a practice that saved her marriage, centered her parenting, and ultimately gave her the clarity to leap from a prestigious corporate career into her true calling.
When she first taught the Life Brief practice at her agency, the response was standing room only. Since then, she's been inundated with requests to share this work, and has taught thousands of people how to get clear and live with greater intention.
In 2024, Bonnie made the leap from career to vocation, teaching the Life Brief methodology full-time. She's shared her work at the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity, SXSW, Gwyneth Paltrow's Goop, Jane Goodall's Activating Hope Summit, and serves on the board of Yale's Experience Leaders Initiative alongside Chip Conley. Her book, The Life Brief, became a bestseller and has been translated into multiple languages.

The program was spectacular. It really surpassed my expectations. I was really surprised about how the course was curated. There was such a warm intensity and personal touch to it.
I experienced MEA as a newly diagnosed multiple myeloma cancer patient, and as a result of the things I’ve learned - I’ve banished the anxiety of being a cancer victim, am in remission, and living with a newfound energy and purpose.
Just know how grateful I am for the joy fuel you all put in my rocket ship. When I want to feel loved or just need a good smile I can think of my time at MEA, which came at the perfect time to encourage me on my journey. Thank you!
