When One Community Carries So Much

January 27, 2026
Today’s brief post is dedicated to our friends and MEA alums in Minnesota, especially Minneapolis—lakes and bike paths, Prince’s purple echo, the Mississippi’s bend, the Twins and Vikings.

We hold George Floyd in heartfelt memory, and send love to the families of Renee Good and Alex Pretti. May courage and care carry you through with hope, resilience, warmth, and grace. How can we find our highest, not our lowest, common denominator during these times? Thank you for standing up for what is right.

In love and solidarity,

Chip
