Stars.

July 5, 2022
On the day after America’s Stars and Stripes holiday, we offer this simple, lovely poem from MEA cofounder Jeff Hamaoui, our poet laureate.

If you are a square
It is not hard to find a place to fit
It is the same for a triangle
(Those suckers slot right in)
The circle can find it a little harder
But if you are a star…

If you are a star
It can take a while longer
To find just the right spot
Don’t let it hurt (too much)
If it does

Jeff Hamaoui is an MEA cofounder and the Chief Community Design & Innovation Officer.
