Start the Year with Intention: Crystalize Who You Are Now and Launch Your Best Chapter Yet
After decades of moving at a million miles an hour – striving, building, compromising, caretaking, seeking, and bending to meet life’s demands – have you stopped to reflect on who you truly are?
More specifically, who are you now?
You've taken on so many roles over the past 50+ years – adopting habits, patterns, beliefs, and identities that may no longer serve you.
Social science shows that midlife is a unique moment to pause, reflect, and transform.
What would it feel like to release the layers of identity that no longer align with who you are today?
Imagine shedding those old stories to step fully into who you are... clear and confident in your ability to make your desired experience a reality.
Start the year off with clarity and intention! This immersive workshop combines social science, human insight, and reflective exercises to help you shed outdated identities, crystallize who you are now, so you can step purposefully into your next chapter.
In this Cultivating Purpose workshop co-facilitated with award-winning business leader & brand strategist Jill Nykoliation, you will discard outdated identities and crystallize who you are now, so you can step purposefully into your next chapter and live your best life in 2025.
