Chip Conley and M|E|A are hosting a private retreat for LSI Fellows — across cohorts and pathways — at M|E|A's Rising Circle Ranch, set on 2,600 acres of high desert just outside Santa Fe.
Over four nights (April 15–19, 2027), you'll step out of the day-to-day, reconnect with fellow LSI alumni, and carry forward the inquiry you began during your fellowship year: navigating transitions, cultivating purpose, aging well, and turning a lifetime of experience into wisdom and lasting impact.

Pricing
All rates are per night and all-inclusive — lodging, all curated meals, daily activities, and full program access. A 6.875% tax and service fee apply to the base rate.
Early Enrollment — reserve by November 30, 2026
- Private room (single occupancy): $700/night
- Shared room (double occupancy, two guests): $900/night per room (about $450 per person)
Regular — December 1, 2026 onward
- Private room (single occupancy): $1,200/night
- Shared room (double occupancy, two guests): $1,400/night per room

Please note that this M|E|A retreat is open for Alliance members to bring a spouse or partner. As with other elements of LSI's experiential learning, we believe this retreat is uniquely well suited for your loved ones to accompany you to reflect, explore, and deepen vision together for this next stage of life. LSI Alliance members may choose to bring one guest or attend solo.
