You Are a Singing Bowl.

The Tibetan bowl is a marvel. You ring it, and you instantly feel its vibration throughout your body.

This experience offers deep relaxation, as evidenced by MEA’s mindfulness teacher Teddi Dean’s Sound Baths, one of the lovely somatic pleasures we offer in many Baja workshops.

Unfortunately, as we age, we throw all kinds of stuff into our empty bowl: knowledge, mindsets, obligations, unhelpful emotions, and ego-fed propositions. You name it, and we throw it in. And, then, we wonder why our beautiful bowl emits such a dull thud in midlife. Go ahead, try to ring a Tibetan bowl full of sand.

We think it’s time to empty your bowl so you can hear and feel the beauty surrounding your life. We also believe you can do it. And, if you think you can’t, c’mon down to MEA because our “Great Midlife Edit” is one of the rituals you’ll experience in the first 24 hours of a workshop.
