I’m excited to be co-leading two workshops in the second half of July.

The first one is a Mastery Week July 17-22 called “The Roadmap to Your Soul’s Expression” and I’m co-leading it with former Stanford Business School lecturer JD Schramm and author and minister Ken Daigle. I’ve long said that Baja is a midwife for midlife epiphanies (where you have your “Baja-aha”) and this workshop is dedicated to help you tap into that deep stirring inside yourself to create a purposeful path that feels like it’s a natural extension of your soul’s calling. It’ll be a nice mix of social science research and credible woo-woo, all intended to give you a practical roadmap that could transform your life.

The second one is July 23-30 called Create a Vibrant Life Through Spiritual Minimalism with my co-founder Christine Sperber and well-known meditation teacher and author Light Watkins. I am so inspired by Light and have been a follower for sometime, so I’m thrilled that we’ve finally gotten him to our Baja campus to share his mindfulness and spiritual magic. This is also our first alcohol-free MEA workshop week so feel free to tell a friend who’d particularly appreciate a sober week. With this workshop, give a present to yourself: learn to become more present.
