Specific people come into your life that move you. They energize you into action. The unfoldment of the experience reveals the truth and power of partnership. "Allyship."

Along what I like to call my "personal adventure," I've had five women that ferried me across vast rivers of change with many undercurrents. Without them, my life would look and feel very different. They discovered me on the shore and offered me guidance. To stretch or to stall. To keep on the adventure or be idle. They helped me see it's together we grow and evolve. To realize potential is not a solo journey. Under the surface, it's all about finding purpose and the earth-given right to be more than what our minds tell us. Sometimes we need a push from another to remember the power in our strength, will, and wisdom.

The following are key insights from these five women who are highly-experienced professionals in business, yoga, and meditation. These nuggets of wisdom were my bridge from one life to another. I invite you to consider the moments, experiences, or personal adventures that moved your spirit and became a bridge to something more.

In total, they equal 200 years of experience in mastering their craft. I'm not sure if I can ever show my endless gratitude for their time, love, and guidance. However, my aim is by sharing one of the many gifts offered from each woman, you may be moved to share your wisdom.

Experiencing anything that has the potential to cause change supports understanding more accurately. You go through a very vulnerable place - you crack open a little bit, and become more available at that moment.

Every time you learn something more accurate and more genuine than what you were just believing will shift your world. It's impossible to control.

This is the beginning of an ocean crossing.
