Dr. Lyla June Johnston (aka Lyla June) is an Indigenous musician, scholar, and community organizer of Diné (Navajo), Tsétsêhéstâhese (Cheyenne) and European lineages. Her research deeply examines ancient and contemporary sustainable Indigenous systems and their lessons for today. She is also a poet, musician, facilitator, and community organizer.
